Please note that we are a smoke-free and child-free property.
All our suites have a king-size bed and the maximum occupancy is TWO. If you arrive with children, babies or additional adults, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon your arrival and you will be liable for paying for the first night's accommodation. If we discover you have accommodated a child or additional adult without our knowledge we reserve the right to debit your credit card with a $200.00 fee for breaching our occupancy policies. Please note that accommodating children and/or extra adults without prior approval could also breach our fire safety regulations.

Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm. The reception will close at 7 pm so check-in after this time might not be possible unless prior arrangements have been made. To arrange after-hours check-in please call or email us.

Subject to the accommodation status on the day of departure, late check-out may be available, please check when you arrive. Otherwise, check-out is by 10 am.

Payment Policy

All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per-night basis and include 15% GST.

The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected. If you arrive with additional adults or children under the age of 16, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon your arrival and charge you for the first night of accommodation. Additional people might breach our fire and licensing regulations. If the accommodation was prepaid no refund will be made for the first night's accommodation in this instance.

Payment by direct credit into our bank account is our preferred payment method. Please ensure your account is paid at least 24 hours prior to your arrival using the bank account details below:

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival or less you will be charged 100% of the first night's accommodation rate.
If no cancellation has been received and you do not show, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for all nights booked.
The above policy applies only if you have booked directly with us. If you booked by Expedia or booking.com a different cancellation policy applies.
